2025 Mazda CX-50

The 2025 Mazda CX-50 is an all-wheel drive compact crossover SUV, available as a gas or hybrid vehicle. Expect great on and off-road handling, the ability to tow, a premium interior, and wide cargo space for all your family trips.

Exploring the Trim Levels of the 2025 Mazda CX-50

Select

The Mazda CX-50 Select offers a towing capacity of up to 2,000 pounds, LED headlights, a leather and leatherette-accented interior, rain-sensing windshield wipers, dual-zone climate control, all-season tires, and turn signal-integrated side mirrors. The trim is also decked out with a push-button start, built-in Alexa, an infotainment system with an HD radio, Bluetooth connectivity, a rear roof spoiler, a dual exhaust system, and rear privacy glass.

Preferred

The Preferred trim is available as a gas or hybrid. It introduces a rear power liftgate featuring programmable height adjustment, a windshield wiper de-icer, and dual heated side mirrors. Other new features include three-way heated front seats and wireless phone charging for added convenience.

Premium

Like the Preferred, the Premium can be chosen as a gas or hybrid. What makes it different, however, is its additional features. It includes a roof-mounted shark fin antenna, a power-sliding glass panoramic moonroof, a 12-speaker audio system, SiriusXM Radio compatibility, and traffic sign recognition.

Premium Plus

The Premium Plus is the third and final trim of the Mazda CX-50 that can be selected as either a gas or hybrid. An upgrade to this trim level offers automatic power-folding exterior mirrors, larger tires and wheels, and Active Driving Display projected onto the windshield.

Turbo Meridian Edition

Tow 1,500 more pounds with the Turbo Meridian Edition trim. You’ll also get LED headlights and taillights with signature lighting, an adaptive front lighting system, paddle shifters, and a two-position memory function for the side mirrors. It also impresses with Meridian graphics on the hood and side rocker garnish for exterior appeal.

Turbo Premium

The Turbo Premium essentially combines the Premium Plus and Turbo Meridian Edition trims. It offers the towing capacity, horsepower, torque, and paddle shifters of the Turbo Meridian Edition but with the larger wheels and windshield-projected Active Driving Display of the Premium Plus. Compared to both the Premium Plus and Turbo Meridian Edition, however, the Turbo Premium offers more exterior paint and interior color options.

Turbo Premium Plus

The Turbo Premium Plus offers what the Turbo Premium does but with some new additions, mainly gravitating toward extra safety. This trim comes with an auto-dimming driver’s side mirror, a 360-view monitor, front and rear parking sensors, cruising and traffic support, and front cross-traffic alert. The braking system is also enhanced thanks to its secondary collision reduction and Smart Brake Support Turn-Across Traffic and Front Crossing features.
